   Purchased this trailer for my landscaping business and I’m blown away. I loaded two pallets of sod, a stump grinder, and a zero turn mower in one trip and the deck held up with zero issues. The flip-knee ramps made loading the stump grinder so much easier since I could just roll it on at an angle. Trailer is heavy duty in every sense of the word. The 20K rating is legit, I haven’t even come close to maxing it out. Took me about thirty minutes to set up the lights and coupler when I first got it. Everything was well protected during shipping too, no damage whatsoever. I tell everyone in the industry about this trailer. If you’re running a small fleet or even just need one solid trailer, go with this one. Five stars all day.

   Let me start by saying the trailer itself is a solid piece of equipment. The frame is beefy, the ramps fold up nicely, and the deck surface is clean. However I want to be upfront that I spent more time than I expected getting it ready. The flip-knee ramp bolts were a little tricky to align and the wiring took me a couple hours to sort out because the plug wasn’t labeled very well. If you’re handy you’ll manage fine but don’t expect plug and play. Once I got everything set up though it hauls beautifully. Towed it to three job sites this week carrying concrete saws and generators and it performed great. Just know there’s a learning curve with the setup. Customer support was helpful when I called about the wiring. I’d say three stars because of the assembly hassle but the product itself is good.

   I’ve been looking for a solid deckover trailer for about six months and finally pulled the trigger on this Diamond C. Got it delivered right to my shop and honestly I couldn’t believe the quality. The 72-inch flip-knee ramps are a game changer for loading equipment. I haul a compact excavator on this thing three days a week and it handles it like a dream. The deck is solid, no flexing or weird noises. The 20K capacity gives me more than enough room to breathe. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about the axle setup. They walked me through everything over the phone in like ten minutes. Fast delivery too, I think it was here within a week. I docked nothing. If you need a workhorse trailer this is it. Worth every penny.

   So I’ve had this trailer for about two months now. Overall I’m really happy with it. The flip-knee ramps work great, I can load my skid steer without dragging it up anymore. The deck is sturdy and the wiring harness was all installed properly. I did notice the latch on one of the flip-knee hinges feels a little flimsy but it functions fine. Also wish the D-rings were spaced a little wider for my tie-downs. These are small nitpicks though. The trailer tows great behind my F-250, brakes are smooth and it tracks straight. No complaints on the frame or axles either. Delivery was quick and the team was easy to deal with. Four stars because of those two small things but I’d absolutely buy another trailer from this brand again.

   I needed a trailer that could handle heavy equipment day in and day out and this Diamond C is exactly what I was looking for. The 8.5 by 20 deck gives me plenty of room to spread my load out and the flip-knee ramps make it so easy to get machines on and off. I’ve hauled a mini excavator, a water tank, and various pallets of tools on this thing and it hasn’t given me a single problem. The brakes are responsive and the tires are already in great shape. Delivery was fast and the team kept me updated the whole way. I actually bought this after seeing my buddy use one at a job site. Now I’m the one everyone asks about where I got it. If you need reliability and capacity this is your trailer. Hands down the best purchase I made this year.
