3. Shipping Timeframe

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on container availability, delivery location, weather conditions, and accessibility of the delivery site. We strive to meet this delivery window whenever possible.

4. Delivery Method

Containers are typically delivered using tilt-bed or flatbed trucks. The delivery method depends on container size, site conditions, and accessibility.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery site is accessible for large trucks
  • Provide a level surface for container placement
  • Clear any obstacles prior to delivery
  • Be present or designate a representative at the time of delivery (if required)
Failure to meet site requirements may result in delivery delays or additional fees.

5. Inspection & Condition

All containers are inspected prior to dispatch and delivered in the condition described at the time of purchase. Photos, specifications, and condition details are available upon request before delivery.

6. Delivery Location & Access

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the delivery location:

  • Allows adequate truck access
  • Has sufficient turning radius for large vehicles
  • Complies with local regulations or zoning requirements
Cargo Container Supply is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or improper site preparation.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation issues, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

In the event of a delay, our team will communicate updates to you as soon as possible.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos and a clear description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly
Failure to report damage within 7 days of delivery may affect our ability to process a claim or replacement on your behalf.
