3. Quotes and Orders

  • Quotes are non-binding estimates unless confirmed in writing
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or authorized

A verbal or emailed quote does not constitute a confirmed order. Written confirmation and cleared payment are required before any order is scheduled.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Full or partial payment may be required before delivery
  • Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and fees unless stated otherwise

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Flat-rate delivery of $650 per order — no hidden fees
  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery or pickup
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring site access and proper delivery conditions
Delays may occur due to weather, transportation issues, or supply chain disruptions beyond our control. We will communicate any updates as promptly as possible.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

  • Buyers must inspect containers upon delivery
  • Report visible defects within 7 days of delivery
  • Cosmetic wear — dents, rust, scratches — is normal for used containers and is not grounds for return
Retaining or using the container after delivery without reporting a defect constitutes full acceptance of its condition.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are generally final
  • Refunds are only considered at our discretion and must be approved in writing
  • Custom or modified containers are non-refundable
  • Approved refunds may be subject to restocking, shipping, or administrative fees
Custom and modified container orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Containers are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS", except where explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

No express or implied warranties — including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — are provided unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cargo Container Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
