1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website at cargocontainersupply.com, establishing an account, or purchasing products from Cargo Container Supply ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using our website and services.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. Product Descriptions and Container Conditions
Cargo Container Supply specializes in heavy industrial equipment. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and specifications of our products. However, because we sell both new and used shipping containers, you must understand and agree to the following industry-standard condition grades prior to purchase:
| Grade | Description & Cosmetic Expectations |
|---|---|
| One-Trip (New) | Containers manufactured overseas that have carried cargo exactly once. They are in excellent condition but may have minor scuffs, door dings, or forklift marks from their initial transit. |
| Cargo Worthy (CW) | Structurally sound and capable of being certified for ocean freight. Will feature noticeable surface rust, dents, dings, and previous shipping line decals. |
| Wind & Water Tight (WWT) | Guaranteed to have intact door seals and no holes. They will exhibit significant surface rust, heavier dents, and repaired patches. They are sold for function, not aesthetics. |
4. Order Acceptance, Pricing, and Billing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We strive for 100% pricing accuracy, but reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
- No Hidden Fees: In compliance with GMC and Illinois consumer laws, the price displayed at checkout—including the $450 flat-rate shipping fee and calculated sales tax—is the final price you pay.
- Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may cancel orders that we determine, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or unauthorized distributors.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Site Preparation
Our standard delivery timeline is 5 to 7 days following payment. A flat-rate fee of $450 applies to standard container deliveries.
- Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon successful delivery of the container to your specified address.
- Site Preparation: You agree to provide a firm, level, and accessible delivery surface. If the delivery driver cannot safely drop the container due to mud, tight clearances, or soft ground, the delivery will be aborted, and you will be responsible for a failed delivery fee and return shipping costs.
- Inspection: You must inspect the container upon delivery. Any severe structural transit damage must be noted on the driver's Bill of Lading.
