Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged by Cargo Container Supply. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

Payment

Payment terms are communicated prior to order confirmation. Failure to comply with agreed payment terms may result in order cancellation, delivery delays, or additional fees.

4. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, transportation issues, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and responsibility for the container transfer to the buyer upon successful delivery or pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The buyer is responsible for ensuring proper site access and delivery readiness.

5. Container Condition and Acceptance

Containers are sold in the condition disclosed at the time of sale. Cosmetic wear such as dents, surface rust, or paint wear is common for used containers and does not affect structural integrity.

  • Buyers must inspect containers upon delivery
  • Claims regarding incorrect items or material defects must be reported immediately upon delivery
  • Use or retention of the container after delivery constitutes acceptance of its condition

6. Modifications and Custom Work

Custom and modified containers are produced according to customer-approved specifications. Due to the nature of fabrication:

Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production begins, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with local zoning, building codes, and all applicable regulations.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Used containers may be subject to limited return eligibility
  • Custom and modified containers are generally non-returnable
  • Approved refunds may be subject to administrative, transportation, or restocking fees
