1. General Policy Overview
Due to the nature of shipping containers — large, industrial, and often customized products — all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. However, we do offer returns and refunds under specific conditions as described in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to all of the following conditions:
- The container must be returned in the same condition as delivered
- The container must not have been modified, altered, or damaged after delivery
- The container must be empty, unobstructed, and accessible for pickup
- Proof of purchase is required for all return requests
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Modified or custom-built containers
- Containers sold "as-is"
- Containers damaged due to misuse, relocation, or improper site preparation
- Containers returned outside the 30-day return window
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@cargocontainersupply.com and include the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
- Delivery date
5. Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for all return transportation costs, including pickup, shipping, and handling
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
- Any damage incurred during return transportation may result in deductions from or denial of the refund
6. Refund Policy
Once a returned container is received and inspected, refunds will be processed if the return meets all eligibility requirements.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14–21 business days after inspection and approval
- Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution
7. Damaged or Defective Containers
If a container arrives damaged or defective, you must notify Cargo Container Supply within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To report an issue, email info@cargocontainersupply.com with the following:
- Order number
- Delivery date
- Photos or video clearly showing the concern
If the issue is verified, we may offer:
- A replacement container (subject to availability), or
- A full refund at no additional cost
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to delivery only if the container has not yet been dispatched. Once a container is in transit or delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.
