Bought the LE30 as a rental property and so far so good. It’s been rented out for about three months now and my tenants have no complaints. The construction is durable — I was worried about the minimal foundation being a problem but it’s been totally fine. The unit came fully furnished which saved me a ton of money upfront. One thing I’ll note is that 300 square feet is cozy for long-term living, so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone planning to raise a family. But as a guest villa or short-term rental it’s perfect. The outdoor deck is a huge selling point, my tenants love having that extra space. I’m already thinking about ordering a second one in a different size for a different property. Four stars because shipping logistics took a bit longer than promised but the end result was worth the wait.

Okay I need to write this review because I’m still blown away. We ordered the LE30 during a rough patch financially — wanted something small and manageable but still beautiful. The team worked with us on customization, we went with a slightly larger footprint than the standard model. Delivery was right around the two month mark. When they pulled it up to our property I literally stood there staring. The finishes were gorgeous, the bathroom had quality fixtures, and the bedroom felt like a proper room not an afterthought. Nature-friendly materials throughout which I really appreciate. We’re using it as our primary residence right now and it genuinely feels like home. The open floorplan makes the space flow really well. If you’re on the fence about ordering one of these, just do it. You won’t regret it.

I’ve been dreaming about having a little guest cottage behind our main house for years and finally pulled the trigger on the LE30 model. Two months from ordering to move-in ready — I genuinely could not believe how fast that was. The unit is 300 square feet but it feels so much bigger thanks to the open floorplan. One bedroom, one bath, a nice little outdoor deck, all furnished right out of the box. I customized the finishes to match my existing home’s aesthetic and they nailed it on the first try. The materials feel really solid and nature-friendly, which was important to me since I’m trying to minimize my footprint. My mom came for a weekend last month and she said it felt like a boutique hotel. Now my sister and her husband want one too. Honestly the best investment I’ve made this year.

Bought two LE30 units six months ago. One for my parents, one as a short-term rental. Both are fully booked or occupied consistently. The build quality is noticeably better than the other tiny house I looked at from a competitor — the materials feel intentional, not like a shed with a couch. My dad says it’s the most comfortable small space he’s ever lived in, which coming from a man who refuses to compliment anything is high praise. The rental one brings in enough monthly income to cover its own mortgage-equivalent payment within a year. The customization was seamless too. I adjusted the size slightly and changed the exterior finish without any drama. If you’re thinking about a guest house or rental project, just do it. Stop overthinking.

Okay so let me be fair here. The house itself is gorgeous. I love the layout, the deck, the materials. Everything looked amazing when they first rolled it onto my property. But the move-in process was rocky. There was a miscommunication about the foundation specs and I had to coordinate with a local contractor to level the ground before installation, which added an extra week and some unexpected cost. The interior finishes had a small scratch on the countertop that they did fix after I sent photos. Communication could be better — I felt like I was chasing updates rather than being kept in the loop. The end product is beautiful though and I do love living in it. Just manage your expectations around the coordination side of things.

Ordered in March, moved into my backyard unit by May. That timeline alone deserves a standing ovation. The LE30 is beautifully designed — clean lines, warm wood tones, and the outdoor deck is perfect for morning coffee. I customized the finishes to a soft gray and white palette and it turned out even better than the renderings. The bedroom is genuinely comfortable for one person, and the bathroom has proper ventilation which I worried about. I use it as my personal writing studio but friends have already asked if I’d consider renting it out. At this quality level I’m shocked more people aren’t talking about this company. Zero regrets.

I bought the LE30 as a rental unit and I’m genuinely impressed. It arrived on a flatbed and they set it up on the minimal foundation in under a day. The 300 square feet doesn’t feel wasted — the open floorplan flows really well. I furnished it with a few of my own touches but the base package was already complete enough that I didn’t need to buy much. First tenant moved in after two weeks and left a five-star review herself. The nature-friendly materials are a plus for my conscience and my marketing. Only reason I’m not giving five stars is the delivery timeline slipped about ten days, which they communicated early but still a little frustrating. Overall though, this thing is a money printer disguised as a cute house.

We’ve been dreaming about a backyard guest house for years and finally pulled the trigger on the LE30. From the first call to move-in day it was about six weeks, which honestly blew our minds. The unit came fully furnished — like actually furnished, not ‘stock photo vibes.’ The bedroom is cozy but not cramped, the open kitchen area has real counter space, and the outdoor deck sold me before we even signed. My mother-in-law moved in last month and she hasn’t left yet, which is exactly the point. Materials feel solid and the whole thing looks like it belongs on a magazine cover. The customization options meant we could tweak the floorplan slightly to fit our awkward lot. Only tiny complaint is the bathroom is snug for two people getting ready at once, but that’s tiny house living for you. I’d buy another one for rental income in a heartbeat.
