2. Product Conditions & Expectations
Shipping containers are heavy industrial equipment. To ensure full transparency and compliance with Google Merchant Center's misrepresentation policies, we explicitly define the condition of the containers we sell. By purchasing, you acknowledge the following industry-standard conditions:

| One-Trip (New) | Manufactured overseas and has made exactly one cargo trip across the ocean. It is considered "new" in the industry, but may possess minor scuffs, scratches, or minor floor marks from its single cargo voyage. |
| Cargo Worthy (CW) | Structurally sound and capable of being certified for ocean freight. Will feature noticeable rust, dents, dings, and previous owner decals/paint. Floors will be intact but show wear. |
| Wind & Water Tight (WWT) | Guaranteed not to leak. It will have functional doors and seals. It will feature significant surface rust, dents, and cosmetic imperfections. It is not guaranteed to look aesthetically pristine. |
3. Orders, Pricing, and Billing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
- Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a strict $450 flat rate for standard delivery per container.
- Accuracy of Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
- Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systemic error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, providing a full refund.

4. Delivery and Site Preparation
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is prepared to receive a heavy commercial vehicle.
- You must ensure adequate turning radius, height clearance, and firm, level ground.
- If the delivery driver deems the site unsafe or inaccessible, the container will be dropped at the nearest safe location or returned to the depot.
- If a delivery fails due to an unprepared site, you may be responsible for a failed delivery fee or return freight costs.
5. Returns and Refunds
We stand by the structural integrity of our containers. If your container arrives with severe structural damage not consistent with its purchased grade (e.g., a WWT container that leaks), you must note it on the Bill of Lading upon delivery and contact us immediately.
Because of the high logistical costs of moving containers, returns for purely cosmetic reasons (e.g., "I don't like the color" or "It has too much rust" on a used container) are not accepted. For full details on return eligibility, please review our separate Return & Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no case shall Cargo Container Supply, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
Our maximum liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the specific product in dispute.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
