6. ✏️ Delivery Address or Schedule Changes

7. 🚫 Out-of-Stock or Allocation Delays

    • You may choose to:

8. 🛡️ Damaged, Lost, or Misdelivered Containers

If Damage Is Noticed at Delivery:

  • Document Immediately: Take clear, timestamped photos/video of the damage before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Note on POD: Write “Subject to Inspection – Damage Noted” on the Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing.
  • Contact Us Within 24 Hours: Email photos + POD to claims@cargocontainersupply.com. We’ll initiate a carrier claim and coordinate repair/replacement.
 

If Package Is Lost or Misdelivered:

  • Report concerns within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery window.
  • We’ll trace the shipment with the carrier and provide resolution options: re-delivery, replacement, or refund.
 
⚠️ Important: Signing a clean POD (without damage notes) may limit claim eligibility. Always inspect before signing.
 

 

9. 🌐 Import Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

  • Filing a Claim: Submit within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Signed POD with damage notation
    • Photographic/video evidence
    • Copy of invoice and insurance declaration
 
Note: Cosmetic wear (minor dents, surface rust) consistent with “cargo-worthy” grading is not considered damage under this policy.
